The Lookout Holiday Apartments Mevagissey booking policy is as follows:-

• Deposit: 25% of total booking is required to secure your stay
• Balance: Payable 28 days before holiday
• Payments:
• Refunds/Cancellations: Please contact the property manager who would be happy to discuss this with you.
• Unfortunately no pets allowed
• This is a no smoking property
• Arrival Time: after 4pm
• Departure Time: by 10am
• Changeover Day: Saturday
• All electricity is on a meter
• Children of all ages are most welcome
